Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from date of purchase. To get a full refund minus shipping costs, all items must be returned unused and in their original inner and outer packaging, and in good resalable condition.

Please wrap all glass products well to ensure their protection during shipment. Lightforjewelry reserves the right to determine the level of condition of item returned after inspection. Please email us at info@lightforjewelry.com, with your order number to receive an RGA number (return guaranteed authorization). Merchandise returned without an RGA or received after the 30 day return period will not be accepted; no exceptions.

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. No claims for damages or shortages will be accepted after 7 days from receipt of order. In the case that an order was inadequately filled, then Lightforjewelry will pay for the shipping charge to return the order.
