PROCESSING + SHIPPING

Immediately after placing an order on our site, you will receive an automated confirmation email with your order number.

Processing time is usually 1-2 business days for orders placed on a weekday, and barring any special orders, you can expect your order to ship within that time frame as well. Once your order has shipped, another automated email will be sent confirming shipment and  a link to your shipment’s tracking number. Please note that tracking numbers may take up to a day to update. 

 

RETURNS

We offer a 14-day return policy from date of delivery on most product. To get a full refund minus original and return shipping costs, all items must be returned unused and in their original inner and outer packaging, and in good resalable condition.

Please wrap all glass products well to ensure their protection during shipment. Lightforjewelry reserves the right to determine the level of condition of item returned after inspection. Please email us at info@lightforjewelry.com, with your order number to receive an RGA number (return guaranteed authorization). Merchandise returned without an RGA or received after the applicable 15 or 30 day return period (dependent on product) will not be accepted; no exceptions.

Please inspect your order carefully upon receipt. No claims for damages or shortages will be accepted after 7 days from receipt of order. In the case that an order was inadequately filled, then Lightforjewelry will pay for the shipping charge to return the order.
